  However, I had a complaint that was never address about this item. I guess they in other words were telling me to keep it, since I never heard back from them. The bracelet is Beautiful but mine didn't look at all polished like the advertisement said. And the little black piece of cloth that they put in your plastic bag to help your sterling silver from turning, I didn't receive one of those either. I know they come in there because I had just brought two more before I ordered this one & they came in those & they were polished.

  It spells and looks very cheap. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift. Not worth the price. Very cheaply made for the price. I received it today but I am returning it immediately. I was going to gift it to someone but quickly decided against it.
