  I bought this for my girlfriend; she loved it so much, she wore it out in two weeks - one of the series of chain links that are on either side of the heart motif broke and tore off. However we’re not so sure it’s our fault as she was wearing a watch at the same time. Will buy again!

  bought 5, one each for my wife and daughters, one is broke already and one i had to repair. replacement was supposed to be shipped but the only thing i have received is excuses why it hasn't shipped. the bracelets are very attractive but poorly made. not a jewelry maker i would purchase from again.

  I bought this heart bracelet for my self in memory of my husband on what would have been 53 year wedding anniversary. So it is very special to me. I wore it day and night for just a few days short of one year. It looked as good as new and is very pliable and lays comfortably on the wrist. The latch is a little difficult and is kind of sharp, but I still really liked it for the memory of my love for my wonderful husband.Recently, however, I felt a sharp snag on the edge. It looks like the woven edge is trying to unravel and one of the links has popped open or out. It’s very difficult to see, but it snags on everything. I took it to a jeweler and he was going to charge me $49 to repair it by soldering it. He said it would leave a silver spot because it would remove the gold coating. I wasn’t too keen on that idea because whose to say it won’t unravel somewhere else. So, I’m very disappointed, mostly because of the sentimentality of it and not being able to wear it. Wondering if Ross Simmons stands behind their workmanship and would repair it for free? That would be nice.
